Built for men who already won the hard part

Six months from now you're leaner, sharper, and training around your calendar instead of against it. One person builds and runs the whole thing, including a peptide protocol built for you, with a source you can trust and every batch checked before you use it.

No pitch deck, no pressure. A conversation to find out whether this is a fit.

Why nothing has worked

It was never a discipline problem

You run a business. Discipline is not the thing you're short of. What you've been handed is programmes that assume six days a week, macro plans that fall apart the first time you travel, and peptide advice written by people who've never run a protocol and are selling the vials. The effort was always there. Nobody built the thing around the life you actually have.

You've optimised everything except the thing carrying it all.

The work itself

You'll never have to work any of this out

What arrives is already decided against your bloods, your training and your schedule. No forum threads at midnight, no guessing at doses, no wondering whether the thing you bought is what the label says. Yours will look nothing like this one, because there's no template underneath it.

What changes
01 · The core of it

You stop gambling on the one thing that actually moves fast

Most men who want to use peptides never start, because sourcing is a minefield and every guide online was written by someone selling vials. You stop guessing. Your protocol is built around your goal, I show you exactly which suppliers I trust and what to look for, and I check the certificate of analysis myself before you use anything. You place your own order and stay in control of it. More importantly, you'll understand what you're taking and why, which is the part that keeps you safe long after the six months end.

02

You stop wondering if you're wasting the hour

Three or four sessions built around the time you actually have and the equipment you can actually reach. Every four weeks it gets rebuilt around what your body did, not what a template predicted it would do.

03

You eat like an adult and still get leaner

No meal plan, no weighing chicken at a client dinner. Targets that survive an airport, a holiday, and a bad Tuesday. By month six you can hold your physique without anyone telling you how.

04

You stop carrying it on your own

Questions get answered the same day instead of waiting for the next scheduled call, so nothing stalls for a fortnight because you weren't sure about one thing.

Results

Twelve weeks, training four times a week

He came in training on and off, with no structure and no protocol. He didn't move house, quit his job or start living in a gym. He trained four times a week around the schedule he already had, and ate in a way that survived his week.

That's twelve weeks. The programme runs twenty four.

One client's result. Individual results vary and depend on adherence, starting point and circumstances. Not a typical or guaranteed outcome.

"You're eighteen. Why would I let you near this?"

Fair, and you should ask it on the call. On paper I have less than most coaches charging a fraction of this, and I'm still completing my Level 1 through J3 University.

What you're getting instead is five years of training people and someone who has run and documented every protocol he'd put you on, rather than read about them. Most coaches won't touch this space and most people selling the compounds can't explain them. That gap is the entire reason this exists.

Thirty minutes is enough to work out whether someone knows their subject. If I can't answer your questions properly on the call, don't hire me.

How it goes
Step 01

The call

Thirty minutes on where you are, what you want, and whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, you'll hear that on the call rather than after you've paid.

Week 01

You stop having to decide anything

One call, then forty eight hours later the whole thing lands at once. Training, food and protocol, already built. Nothing left for you to research or work out.

Wk 01 to 12

It starts fitting your week instead of fighting it

The first block is about finding a rhythm you can actually hold when work gets busy, and starting the protocol low enough that we learn how your body responds before anything gets pushed.

Wk 13 to 20

Other people start noticing

Not you in the mirror at a specific angle in specific light. The part where it compounds and someone comments on it without you fishing.

Wk 21 to 24

You could do it again without me

The protocol winds down properly rather than stopping dead, and you finish knowing how your own body responds well enough to keep this for good.

Honest fit
This is for you if
  • You're running a business or a serious career and your health is the thing that gave
  • You want to use peptides properly, handled by someone who's actually run them
  • You've tried the generic plans and they didn't survive contact with your calendar
  • You want one person managing training, nutrition and protocol together
  • You can commit six months and actually do the work
This isn't for you if
  • You want the cheapest protocol you can find
  • You want to keep researching indefinitely without starting
  • You won't send check-ins, because the plan can't be adjusted without them
  • Six months isn't something you can commit to right now
  • You'd be stretching to afford it. If this money is not comfortable, spend it on food and a gym membership and come back when it is
The guarantee
Run the programme as written for six months. Train the sessions, hit your targets, follow the protocol, send me your check-ins. Do that and don't get the body you came for, and I keep coaching you at no cost until you do.

I can't promise you a number. Nobody honest can. What I can promise is that I don't stop.

Education only, not medical advice. Research peptides are not approved for human use by the FDA or equivalent regulatory bodies. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making decisions about your health.

What you're actually risking
However long it takes, free
Wk 01Wk 24

The programme has an end date. The guarantee doesn't. If you do the work and it hasn't happened yet, the coaching simply continues.

Questions
Are peptides actually safe?+

Every client gets the full education before touching anything, and I check the certificate of analysis personally before your first dose. By the end of six months you could verify a source yourself without needing me. What I won't tell you is that they're risk free, because nothing worth taking is. This is education, not medical advice, and you should always speak to a qualified medical professional.

Do I have to use peptides, or can I just do the training and nutrition?+

The protocol is the mechanism this programme is built around, not an optional extra, so if you don't want to use them this isn't the right programme for you and I'd say so on the call. There are good coaches who'll do training and nutrition alone for a lot less than this. Paying my price for two thirds of what I do would be a bad deal for you.

Are they legal?+

Most research peptides aren't approved for human use by the FDA, the MHRA or equivalent bodies, and their status varies by country. In many places they're sold legally for research purposes only. This programme is educational and doesn't constitute medical advice, and you're responsible for understanding the law where you live. If that's a problem for you, it should be, and we should talk about it on the call.

I don't have much time. How much does this actually take?+

Three to four sessions a week built around the schedule you already have, not the one you wish you had. The nutrition framework is designed so it doesn't need managing, which is the part that usually eats people's time and attention. If a programme needs six days a week to work, it was never built for someone running a company.

What are your qualifications?+

I'm completing my Level 1 through J3 University. Beyond that I've been training people for five years, I run my own protocols and publish what happens including the failures, and my content exists because most coaches don't understand this space well enough to talk about it honestly. The proof is in what I can explain on a call, not a certificate. If I can't answer your questions properly, don't hire me.

I'm already running something without guidance.+

Common, and a good reason to come in rather than a reason not to. The first thing we'd do is look at what you're on, check where it came from, review the protocol and get that right before building anything new on top of it. Fixing an existing setup is usually faster than starting from nothing.

What happens on the call?+

Thirty minutes on where you are, what you want and what you've already tried. You'll get a straight answer on whether this is a fit, including if the answer is no. There's no deck and nothing to sit through. If it isn't right for you I'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better.

Next step

One call. Then you'll know.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no pressure. We go through where you are and what you want, and you get an honest answer on whether this is a fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better.
